Ever wanted to program, teach programming, or make games, but don’t know how to start? Learn how to use Scratch Game Creator as a tool for connecting students’ core content areas to mathematics and computational thinking skills. Going from basic through advanced block coding skills, we will learn how to make interactive stories, animations, and games, and discover how scratch can be used to display learning in a simple, engaging, and interactive way.

Session Objectives:

Learn how to use Scratch Game Creator.
Collaborate with other teachers to discover cross-curricular connections using Scratch.
