Keep A Writing Practice

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.

Writers were mindful before it was cool. Keeping a notebook and writing by hand helps you be present. Write to slow down your breath and thoughts, to be more aware of your here, now. Write to journal, reckon, solve, create. Write for the pleasure and risk of saying what you want to say. Write to hold a thought in place. During this session we will talk about how we benefit from a writing practice (WP). We will consider our current schedules and how a WP can complement our routines, or where a WP might fit best. We will also write! You will leave the session ready to give WP a two week try.

Session Objectives:

Learn how a writing practice is both personally and professionally reflective and generative.
Establish a writing practice routine that works for you.
