If you're signing up for Lina's session, come dressed in comfortable clothes easy to move in! Join her to experience what her #SheFighter training is like.  This session is open for men and women especially for KORCOS.  Learn the following: General awareness tips in self-defense; weak points in the human body and confidence; and basic self-defense techniques, e.g. wrist release; escaping choke holds, hair grabs, and ground attacks; bear hug.
