Job-Alike: World Language Teachers

We seldom have time within the school days to purposefully sit together with teaching colleagues to discuss, share and model effective instructional practice and learning activities that keep the students engaged. Join our session where colleagues share their teaching crafts, get burning questions answered, find solutions and leave with useful take-aways. Depending on interests, this session could be divided into language-specific groups (Chinese, French, Korean, Spanish, etc. ) , or a mixed-language proficiency based group and a curriculum (IB, IGCSE, AP) driven group. Each group discussion will be guided by guiding questions to get the ball rolling. It is highly encouraged that each attendee brings an effective instructional or assessment strategy, an engaging student learning activity, or a burning question to share in the job alike session.
